I emphasize reasoning skills, problem-solving strategies, and critical thinking — tools that serve students far beyond the classroom.

I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and encourage them to think analytically. This active learning style not only helps students grasp difficult material more effectively, it empowers them to take ownership of their success.

For this reason, they take an active, collaborative role in designing their study plan based on their level, needs, preferences, and their learning style.

I strive to support parents in educating their children and being part of the family’s “village.” It’s not uncommon for me to tutor several students from within a single family. I’m also able to adapt my tutoring for helping students as they advance from year to year in school.

I’m also available to discuss parents’ needs, their concerns about their student’s education in math, and their questions about curriculums or study plans. I often work with parents to help their kids develop sustainable and healthy study habits.
